Can anyone say if a glycerin filled water pressure gauge will freeze if exposed to winter freezing temperatures?

Winters company adds glycol to glycerin filled gauges for cold use. Go out to the 2 minute mark on this video:

Best practice is to bring the gauge inside during the winter..

I bring the pump and multi port gauge inside but they are kept in a cold detached garage.

I'm thinking of maybe adding a little RV anti freeze to the gauge through the pressure release vent. Or maybe a little automobile coolant which is designed to be anti-corrosive. My gauge is stainless steel and brass construction so it shouldn't harm anything.
