14.5k in ground in the Houston area. The pool is full sun all day and the water is frequently 93 plus during the summer. It’s not pleasant. Last year I installed 5 of the aerator pipe fountains and ran them only at night along with my scuppers but the pool never got below 89. I am considering going with a Glacial Cooler but I have read mixed reviews. I do have the requirements for install but I am wondering what I would really get out of it. I would consider it a success if I could get the temp to 87 but ultimately I’d like 85. What is a ball park figure I should expect for their 20k gallon model?
