Getting rid of rust stains using pool store products, and stain removal vs sequestering agent, not sure what I have

My current levels:

FC=3
PH=7.8
TA=130

I attached all the pictures of the products I purchased and the stains / rust spots.

1 - On the Vinyl stairs
2. At the bottom edge of wall near the stairs and on the liner floor
3 - Around light, where the liner was cut for the light.

I believe the Jacuzzi product is the stain remover and I believe the Aquarius Stain privent is the sequestering agent but I’m not 100% sure.

I know I should change my filter setting to circulate when I put it in and leave it there until I can remove the stains.

Although the instructions for removing the stain and the stain removal instructions found in a well known thread here differs, my pool season is short and I don’t want to not chlorinate for two weeks, I know I can use the Algae percent but I’m worried.

1. Can someone confirm that the Jacuzzi products is the right kind of stain remover and can I attempt to use it without lowering my chlorine further, just to see if it works?

2. Is the Aquarius product a sequestering agent and how soon after the Jacuzzi stain remover can I use it? After the stain disappears?

The Jacuzzi bottle says it contains citrus acid and sodium bisulfate. That is ascorbic acid and dry acid. It will do the same as our Ascorbic Treatment to rid Pool of metal stains but will cost you more and you will be in less control of its effects.

The citrus acid will use up all of your chlorine and you will have a pool with 0 FC and low pH.

Quick question, I’ve been able to bring my PH down to 7.2 and my FC to around 1.5.

I also purchased some non metallic 60% algicide, no since I’ll be maintaining less than he recommended FC until the stains are lifted, do I just follow the procedures on the algicide bottle for weekly maintenance, I’m thinking it should be increased because the chlorine is less than the recommended amount but I don’t know how much to adjust it by.

Second, how often do I re-apply the Algicide? The weekly maintenance amount assume proper use of chlorine which this isn’t.

I don’t have it in front of me but it’s another brand 60% algicide that is non metallic.

It’s just not clear how much to put in, label instructions have initial vs weekly treatment and this doesn’t take in to account that I’m currently not chlorinating and how often do I repeat the algicide treatment if I have to continue doing this for an2nd or even 3rd day?

So after adding almost 9 pounds of pool store absorbic acid to my pool on re-circulate mode, and chemistry of PH of 7.2 and FC of 1, TA of 120, it did not improve any of my stains in the least bit, not on the stairs or anywhere else and I’m not sure what to do next.
