I can’t figure out what is wrong with my sandpro 75. I’ve got water coming into the basket of pump but when I turn it on all the water moves out of the basket but it doesn’t fill back up. I called Game and they told me something to try with the pump and if that didn’t work it was the pump. I tried that and even bought a new pump, but same results! I can’t figure out what is wrong. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you have a suction side air leak and the pump is taking in air from the leak rather then water.
