Is the pool size the exact gallons in your pool? going by my size pool 22' x 52" (4.3ft) = 12,200 is that calculation at the top rail of a framed pool. The filter pump water capacity is calculated at 90% for frame pool at 10,472 gallons. Is that the actual gallons since it is not going to be filled to the top of frame but to the top of the liner pattern.

Normal above ground pools have 6" of freeboard from water level to top of rail. So your pool would be 48" deep.

The filter pump capacity is meaningless. That is an outdated theory of 'turnover'. Pool water does not need 'turnover'. It needs sufficient pumping to disperse the chemicals added (normally takes 30 minutes or so) and then how long you need to skim the surface.
