We’re currently under construction with gunite pool that will be getting plastered in the spring. I’ve noticed a handful of spots in which there are streaks of soil along the pool wall. Upon further inspection, they appear to be voids of concrete and/or cracks which tells me that water has seeped through from outside wet soil. Will this be cause for concern down the road after it’s plastered? Are these potential sites of leaks?
