Frozen pool

Pool is currently fully frozen.

This is my first pool and it is brand new.

Installer came to winterize, said to keep water level mid point of skimmer to prevent pool lifting.

I have concrete pavers coping.

The ice seems to be very high, what should I do?


Manufacturer not responding (gonna try and call them).

We had tons of ice rain this week and I am starting to be concerned.

Nothing you can do about it now.

If there is a problem then the coping was not properly installed.

I will trust the manufacturer and installer (they have been at it for over 30 years in my region).

It's just a bit stressful the first year
