Uh, I'm not sure about the OTO or DPD.... I fill the container with all the shades of yellow up to the line and put in 5 drops of the tester? .

Step 1
Test chlorine or bromine levels daily, depending on the chemical you use in your pool. Fill the chlorine/bromine compartment of the receptacle to the fill line.
Step 2
Place five drops of OTO liquid testing reagent into the indicated compartment. Hold the bottle vertically when adding the drops. Place the plastic cap over the compartment. Invert the receptacle several times to mix the testing drops into the water.
Step 3
Compare the color of the water with the color standard chart to determine your chlorine/bromine level. The ideal level is two to four parts per million for chlorine or four to six parts per million for bromine.

Ok, that's OTO, which only does total chlorine. Just ignore the CC and consider it to be FC.

I would get the CYA up to the correct level and keep the pH at about 7.8.

Water looks clear! And I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the current issue, but my ph has been at 8.4 and no matter how much sodium bisulfate I add it wo t go down. ?‍

Do you have muriatic acid on hand? Add 2 or 3 ounces of 31.45%, circulate for 30 minutes, and check again.

If your chlorine is over 10, the pH will test false high. Be careful not to rely on a pH test when the fc is 10 or higher.
