Starting on the 3rd summer and the top rail vinyl fabric is fraying around the entire pool, intex saltwater, 16 x 32. What can I do to repair and stop before it gets any worse. 2 years is young for a potential large problem. How long should a liner last? Nothing touches the top rail other than a skimmer basket and a few rounded plastic hook type holders. Mostly a couple women floating so no kid rough house play.
