FOUND THE LEAK!!!!! (spoiler, it was one of the nicheless LED lights)

A year after finishing the pool build, I finally located the leak. Hoping the repair is easy.

Long story short, we finished building the pool last summer and were very happy to start using it. I quickly realized I was losing salt very quickly. Something like 100 PPM a week. CYA was also dropping, which told me immediately there was a leak.

I had a long back and forth with the pool builder and he came out a few times, poked around and it never went anywhere.

Finally, I decided to just hire a company and they came out and found it in a single afternoon. Everything else holds water - just this light. See the video below:


So, next question. Easy enough to fix? New o-ring? Slather on a bunch of silicone sealant around the light? Hoping someone has some experience with this.
 
If it is not right at the nicheless receptacle flange at the pool surface, you will need to either excavate or abandon.
