Fogging goggles solution?

Hey, random question......

What does everyone do to keep their goggles from fogging up? Buy a special brand, apply a special coating? Any other tips?

One drop of Dawn dish soap rubbed on the inside lens, then rinsed, works for me.

A diver in a similar thread last week suggested spit as the age old go-to for the pros.

It’s funny in a way because it cleared up a long held thought of mine about the eyeglass guy at my BJs. Anytime we went to him for adjustments the first thing he did (pre-covid) was lube up his thumb and wipe the glasses. Then he cleaned then with his shirt. He was one of those lovable oddball types and it surprisingly never bothered me like it should have. In hindsight, that’s what he was doing and it makes perfect sense.
