Foam in Jacuzzi

I have an in-ground pool with an attached jacuzzi and we started getting foam in the jacuzzi a couple of weeks ago.

The pool chemistry got out of balance, but now it’s back to “normal”.

Before:
Cl = 0
PH = 7.2
Alkalinity = 70
Ca Hardness = 120
Cyanuric Acid = 0

I was using liquid Cl exclusively for about a month instead of alternating between liquid and tablets, and the Cyanuric acid got out of whack. I added stabilizer and soda ash and now my chemistry is back to my normal levels:

Cl = 2
PH = 7.6
Alkalinity = 70
Ca Hardness = 120
Cyanuric Acid = 60

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi is still foaming with a strong chemical smell.

What other steps should I take?

Any chance you grabbed the wrong bleach and added the splashless stuff? Apparently that stuff is almost as good as Mister Bubble.

And your FC is too low for 60 CYA. Way too low. It shouldn't go below 5 with 60 CYA. [FC/CYA][/FC/CYA]

I added the conditioner from Walmart when I raised the CYA (Clorox Pool & Spa Pool Chlorine Stabilizer). I'm not sure if this is the splashless type.

I've noticed that the pool is also "foamy" - I thought it was just the spa, but when we jumped in today, spots of foam showed up.

I assume that it's harmless - everything else looks normal.

I'll add Cl to raise the FC.
