We started our pool on 11/24/2020. It's a 32x16 rectangle. The stairs are 8x6. We are doing a concrete decking with acrylic. No bird cage, no spa, no heater. Here is what we do have:
We are currently waiting for the decking to be done. Here is the progress so far.

Thanks Maddie! We really wanted the lay out to match the style of the house and give us the most space to have a pool and some sitting areas. That was the goal, be done in time for swim season. Looks like we will make that goal. PB called and said we should have our decking started tomorrow. Once they get the framing in I have to call the pest control company so they can spray before decking can be poured. So with any luck end of this week we will have a deck poured. Of course, I have no idea what is involved or how long it takes.

Decking forms are done and inspection is passed. Ready for concrete truck. We are being told hopefully this week.

Looks great! The TruClear has a lot of reports of unreliability and typically they only last 2-3 seasons at best. But you could get longer out of it. I didn't see any automation are you getting any? Filter looks a bit undersized but doesn't look like a lot of trees so you are probably ok.

Thank you! We are excited. The PB only uses Jandy. We will see how it goes. Hopefully we get more than 3 seasons! No real automation. We are getting iAquaLink so we can control some stuff like the lights. We don’t have anything else to automate. We have no hot tub, no water features, no heater. There are no trees at all. The only trees are across the pond.
