Fixing a pool surround

I need some advice about leveling my pool deck
As you can see we have large slabs of indiana ledge-rock and no coping
The ledge-rock sits on a bed of sand and screenings and has shifted quite a lot so that some stones are "tippy" and sometimes there is a height step of 2 inches likely from water washout
and a leaking autofill
The edge sitting on the beam is not bad but the other end of the stone tips down
Here is the problem that 3 stone people have not known what to do and the master mason who did the work retired
These stones are 6 inches thick
The ones near the pool are 15-20 square feet = 7-10 cubic feet = 1500 lbs
The tolerance is 1/4 of an inch or less between rocks
The rocks behind this layer are about 2-3x larger!
Access is not great but possible

Any ideas?

That is crazzzzzy, how did they put the slab-o-rock in there, did they use a crane? That is going to take some major work to get them up and fixed... it is going to have to be done just like the way it was done originally..

It looks awesome but that is going to be interesting to get fixed...
