Hello,
I recently discovered that my ~1 year old Intex ZX300 wasn't quite performing at the ususal level. It was failing to climb walls, moving slow and just doing a bad job vacuuming. I thoroughly backwashed my filter and checked the hose for leaks. Finding no issues I turned my attention to the cleaner. Without water running though it, everything appeared normal. Once I pulled it up while connected to the running pump, I quickly noticed that water was leaking all around the inlet. Upon disassembly, I found that there was a black rubber seal that was formerly located on the bottom of the inlet. Mine had fallen apart and only a small piece remained. I tried looking for replacement parts from Intex, but this gasket/seal is not listed and the phone reps didn't have any further info. I decided to make my own since I could not find a suitable replacement. I used my 3d printer to make the part from TPU. After this repair, my cleaner was good as new. If anyone needs it, you can find the printable .STL files at the link below.
Intex ZX300 Input Seal
This is the part with the missing seal. The replacement fits in the groove flat side up.

Printed replacement seal.
