First time using BBB method to close pool

added muriatic acid an hour ago mixed pool real well.
PH now 7.4
TA 90 maybe a little more ( light pink color in test tube)
FC 7
CC Zero
CYA 45

Can I slam the pool now or do I have to wait longer than a hour after adding muriatic acid?

An hour after adding acid is plenty of time. You can add the bleach now. SLAM away!
