We just opened our ag pool up and it was sparkling clean! From what I can tell, our numbers seem to be alright but the CYA is low. What are some recommendations for raising it to about 50? Our pool is in direct sunlight so the chlorine takes a beating. Should we put the solar cover on it until we raise it or will that just make it worse?

FC - 2.0
pH - 7.8
TA - 110
CH - 120
CYA - 20

NICE! :goodjob: We like to hear this.

A solar cover will help lessen water evaporation.
How are you testing the water?

If you're set on raising your CYA to 50, add ~58 ounces of dry CYA stabilizer in a sock hung off the side (not touching the liner) and squeeze now and then to speed it up. Just remember that the higher the CYA, the higher FC you have to keep in the water. FC/CYA Levels
