First pool party

Hi all

Looks like i'm hosting my first pool party tomorrow.

16 kids brave enough to face 21ºC water, and maybe a few adults.

Anything I should prepare in advance from a chemical aspect?

Currently pump running 5h/day (9am-12pm + 7-9pm) with SWG at 50%, which generates roughly 1.7-1.8ppm of FC / 24h

With that many kids you might want to add a couple of litres of liquid chlorine just before the party.

Watch for kids (maybe a few adults) that never get out of the pool!!

Push your FC up to just under SLAM/Shock level.

When everyone has gone for the night.............push it up to SLAM level and let the pump run all night to get all of the "left overs" gone!
