Finding seals/oring kits for pump

Hello,

Note - all the equipment was here when I got the house a couple years ago, I have no clue when it was installed, or any history of the pumps.

For the water feature pump - I have a US Motors 1081 Pool motor, connected to the wet side of a pentair 011515 (whisperflow?). The pump doesn't hold prime, and I've noticed a pressure side leak around the seal plate, and seems to randomly trip the breaker (presumably because it lost prime). It was missing the pump basket, so it could be quite messy inside (though it is just for a waterfeature, not a filter), so I'd like to take it apart and replace all the seals while I'm in there. The problem is, the motor is obviously not the pentair that would have come with it, and I'm having trouble finding an oring kit for it. Also, while it's apart, anything else I should keep an eye out for?

For my filter pump, it is a pentair intelliflow variable speed. I was able to find some kits, but it seems there's a different kit depending on if it was made before/after 2008. I haven't been able to find any indications of the date of manufacture. You guys have any clues?

So on the filter pump - the variable speed pentair with the matching motor, I found the date - Sept 2018.

The water feature pump has wisperflow wet side, with that black motor which is not a pentair (us motors/emerson). That's the one that remains a mystery. Here's the pic you requested. But there's no date. I also found another label on the other side.
