For reference, I have a hard wall 15' x 24' oval pool. With a sand filter pump system it's a 19in. I have been fighting it the last two weeks with it putting sand back in the pool.
I've even replaced the 19" sand filter. Made sure to put in the correct sand amount. Run backwash and rinses.
Looking for suggestions from others that may have more knowledge than me on this issue.
Also last year same setup, did not have sand in the pool issues.

So I have to ask the obvious but necessary question .... are you 100% sure it's sand? You captured it, felt it, it's grainy confirming it's definitely sand?
