My Jandy pump won't come on automatically.

I have looked through the programming on the timer but can't figure out what the problem could be.

I am able to start it manually just fine and it will shut off on it's own after a few hours (not sure if it's the "all off" timer shutting it down at midnight or if it's shutting down at 11:00pm when the daily cycle was supposed to end).

The time, timezones and date are correct.

I do have two program groups configured: one for warm season and another for colder season. The system is configured to automatically switch between the two, in March and October, respectively.

The problem just started 3 days ago. I'd appreciate any help/pointers.

Timer on the pump or the Aqualink control panel?

Which Aqualink panel fo you have? One Touch or All Button?

Start it manually from where?

@PoolGate thoughts?

First check what program group is active. It is not always obvious. I also am a little confused when you say it won't start automatically. Are you saying it is supposed to come on at a specific time per your scheduler and it doesn't? Can you C&P the below screens here?

Thank you!!!

I figured it out! User error... of course! :) I had forgotten that you can't have two items, each of which controls the pump speed, configured with the same start time! duh!!!

It is working now and configured as shown below.

So the issue I had is that I had "Filter Pump" and "FASTSHEER" both starting at 3:00 PM... :rolleyes:
