I have filled up the pool with fresh water from the twinship after changing the liner. I believe I should test the water, add CYA etc .. but in case there are few very specific steps to follow, I would like to know what they should be. Thanks !

The CYA needs +30 no matter what because fill watet is 0, so get going on that.
Dose LC counting the 30CYA as soon as it's soaking.
Once the sun goes down, get the FC to 8+ and Overnight Chlorine Loss Test
Post up the rest of the #s and we'll go from there.
