Fiberglass pool to liner conversion

Hi! We have a fiberglass pool that has seen better days. Black spots and faded gelcoat. We have reached out to a company to re-coat, but the price is too expensive at this point. The quote was over $13K. I was looking to see if anyone has success in converting to vinyl liner? What company did you use? Do you have pictures (curious about the track system)
