Seems like a sounds punch list. You should confirm what size cart filter though. Single cart of quad? Quad would be better for less cleaning intervals.
Thanks for taking a look. Yeah I noticed the Cartridge wasn't specified at all for size or brand. Also didn't see a brand called out for the pump either (not sure what the best pump brand i should target). I know from reading things here I will want to get the biggest cartridge size I can get. I will make notes to ask the PB about specifics for these two things. My goal is to get as much known now so the pricing is as close to "firm" before I seriously move forward :)

Hi All! So I asked the PB about the pump and cartridge. He told me the following below. What do you all think of this? According to their site, the specific FB pool I'm looking at it would be 17,300 gallons.

"The cartridge filter size is a 150. The pump is a Pentair 1.5 HP Supermax Variable Speed Pump with a 2.5" Inlet."

Also any further feedback to what I have quoted in the post is appreciated 👍 I have my onsite visit scheduled in 2 weeks. Thanks again everyone for all your help and feedback!

I have a Fiberglass pool basically the same size and I have a Jandy 460 cartridge filter. I have a 2.7hp variable speed pump but we have a spa that is integrated in the pool. I would definitely go as large a filter as possible (you likely will only need to clean it at the end of the season) so the 150 to me seems very small as everyone here recommended as large a filter as possible. As for the pump the I will leave others to comment but everyone loves pentair here. If it were me I would go a bigger one there too as the pumps are so efficient that the larger size isn't that much more if I recall (the price increase isn't linear).

Thank you so much! I definitely have read a lot on here about going as big as you can for cartridge filter, so I'll make a point to ask about upgrading that for sure. Appreciate your feedback 🙏

Also, my pool only has one skimmer as that is what Leisure pools has designed in their pool. Just be aware of the prevailing winds as to where that one skimmer will be in relation to the winds. The auto-cover when closed will help the skimming but if you didn't have a cover I would consider a second skimmer if the one skimmer is up-wind. That seems to be another huge recommendation here to have two skimmers.

Is this River Pools? PM me if so.

Anyway, agree on the biggest cartridge filer they’ll supply. Mine with a smaller pool is a single cartridge, bigger than they’ve specified for you, and it’s not big enough. Also confirm that the pump can be controlled by the automation - I though only Intelliflo pumps were capable.
