Few questions before doing OB

1) Do you need to do a soil analysis?
2). Do u need a surveyor to resurvey or can I use the one from the build of the house?
3) Does the excavation company do the pool layout with the boards or is that my responsibility?

Most of those questions can be answered at the permitting department for your town. I would start there.

Who does what depends on what you pay them to do. Some will do this and that while others only do this. You will need to keep a running total to see who does what and what the cost will be.
