“Fault check aux monitor” Jandy Heater

my heater isn’t working.
JandyPro series. Model #JX1260N. Display says “fault check aux monitor”
Manual says this error means “check VersaFlo”
I found installation manual for “VersaFloTM Integrated Bypass
for JXiTM Pool and Spa Heater“
But can’t find anything to troubleshoot. I am in Cedar Park Texas and the wait time for technician is 6-8 weeks. Thanks for any advice.

Versaflo is just a motorized valve that bypasses the heater when it is off. Not much there to troubleshoot. You can look it over based on the manual and see if you see anything wrong.

I was thinking about suggesting you remove the Versaflo but I don't think your pipes will reach then. See what you can do. Your heater does not need it to work and it is more trouble then it is worth.
