I have the TF-100 test kit. The powder for testing chlorine is R-0870 DPD powder. What is the FAS-DPD test? Reading the forum it sounds like the FAS-DPD test is more accurate.

The FAS-DPD is the R-0870 and R-0871.

Yes - that test shows free chlorine (1st result) & combined chlorine (2nd result) with .5 accuracy. Up to 50ppm.
the other chlorine test in the kit uses the comparator in the blue box- it is an oto test & only tests up to 5ppm & only Total chlorine- it doesn’t differentiate between Free (good stuff) & combined (bad stuff) - just the total of the two & its more of a yellow = some chlorine, clear = none

You could use a 25ml sample for 0.2ppm accuracy but it’s really not necessary.
