They got me to buy the 12 pack powder power plus shock , or cal hypo 73%, for a whopping 100$ before finding this site 3 weeks ago and now I went back to return and they dont accept it. Sigh. Anyways I need to find a way to use it if it's even worth it. I'm doubtful and I'm thinking of calling it a loss, but maybe there was a use for it without worsening my pool that you guys know.

What do you guys think?

Got it. I was mainly trying to ask what sort of situation can I use it in. From reading here you never really use it since it's about keeping up with FC using LC. For example, can I use every every so often to replace LC just to use it?

Certainly. If you know your CH isn't too high already, then go for it. Winter prep or spring opening might also be a good time to use a little if you exchanged water from winter pool prep, snow, rain, etc.

With a vinyl pool you do not need calcium, but up to 350 ppm or so will not hurt anything either.

If the purchase was recent from one of their email and mail campaigns you can contact them at the corporate office and see why they won't allow a return. They probably also don't like bad press on social media so you can try complaining about it there.
