Equipment Upgrade advice

Hello: I am reaching out for advice on equipment update/refresh advice for a small unground pool with pop up cleaners.

Size: 5200 gallons
Filter: STA-Rite system 3 s8m600
Pump: sq1152 1 1/2 HP
There is an old Hayward t-15 that does not work, and a Hayward swim Pure plus panel that is disabled/not working.

Thanks in advance, any advice is appreciated. Right now I just keep the water balanced and use chlorine tabs etc as it’s a small pool

Ok so you're not in FL. They'd filter 5200 *homes* with that filter, not gallons.

If you like it, get the s7m400 which is a little smaller but still huge for you. If you want 4 smaller cartridges for easier handling, look at the clean and clear plus 420 or waterway 425.

The pentair intelliflo 3 is the gold standard, or the 3 HP calimar VS is a solid generic pump.

As much as I love my SWG, I can't say I'd pay for one with such a small pool. But circupool has several models to choose from if you'd like to get it up and running.
