Equipment storage question

Can I store the chemicals in the same bin as the robotic cleaner? One pool supply shop said I should keep the chemicals away from a grill or the garage because over time they will corrode metal. I would assume the same would happen for the robot if they're stored in the same bin. I have a Pentair Kreepy Krawly 920. The manual doesn't say anything about storing it with or away from the pool chemicals. I'd just rather not buy another separate bin for the robot itself so we don't have several bins around the pool. Hi and welcome to TFP!! This is a very important question! You cannot store much of any thing with muriatic acid. It needs to be in something plastic and vented like a trash can outside by no metal.

For the chlorine I would be very careful putting it in the same thing as your cleaner. If you are anything like me there is always something dripping off the jug so..............I would worry about it dripping on the clearner and messing it up

Better safe than sorry. May be you can find a end table type of thing for the cleaner? purpose and function at the same time!

Thanks! I found a basic one for the robot, was just hoping I wouldn't need multiple containers. I'll see if I can find one that could be used as an end table as well so the clutter isn't so bad. I appreciate the quick response!

How is your water looking with the robot? I love mine! It gets big magnolia leaves and stuff I cannot even see LOL
