We have a Pentair 400 heater. We weren't told to fire it up occasionally when not maintaining a heated pool. Lesson learned! Now, we replaced the computer board and touch pad. It's up and running again. However, we started getting E05 error. Did a little research and replaced the flume stack sensor. Easy peasy! Fired up.. it heats the pool to desired temp, turns off then kick on the E05 message again along with service light. I can shut it off, turn it on again and it will kick on to bring to temp, with the service light off, when heating. Next, we got the igniter replacement. Fired up all good! Turn off when it reached temp.. E05 again! Any suggestions?

We checked all the wiring. No sign of chewing from rats.

It is the wiring, the control board which you say you replaced, or the sensor that you say is new.

So check it all again and all connectors for loose wires.
