Efflorescence on exterior walls - maintenance of grout cracks

Hello, our pool was built in 2016 (we are not original owners) and is in-ground although due to lateral grade of our lot, one end of the pool has walls that are above ground. There is are some small cracks that are visible on that exterior wall that display efflorescence/seepage which accumulates at a very slow rate. However, I have noticed while floating on rafts in the pool and examining the tile line that there are chips in the grout in some locations as well as some hairline cracks. So I got to wondering about how people go about touching up these spots near the waterline to prevent exacerbation of any water leaking.

Is there a product that can be squeezed from a tube and colormatched? I'm curious to hear about how other pool owners touch-up their grout on the tiles as wells as on their coping and color-match it properly.

What about non-sag masonry polyurethane sealants made by Sikaflex or Loctite ?
