Just purchased a new home. It has the Easy Touch control panel with 4 buttons. An error message is showing "No Comm." Just got new internet service and I think this could be the problem. I do not know how to connect the Easy Touch to the new wifi. Plz help!

EasyTouch does not use WiFi... Are your remotes wired or wireless?
If wired, there is a cable from the EasyTouch's com port to the remote.
If wireless, there is an antenna at the EasyTouch and it talks to the wireless remote inside, just like the old time cordless phone. No WiFi is involved.
