Duda Diesel Bag collecting more debris than new Pleatco Cartridge

Ok everyone who knows me here knows that I highly advocate the triple filtration method with skimmer socks my cartridge filter and a Duda Diesel bag on the return jet at 5 or 1 micron. I have a debris problem on a daily basis since I live next to the woods with a lot of pollen.

I'm not having any problems water chemistry is perfect pool is crystal clear. But I still would like to ask a question.

Here's a picture of me rinsing out my Duda Diesel bag after 2 days of pollen accumulation. It's one thing for my skimmer sock to pick it up at whatever micron. But what I want to know is why isn't my new Pleatco 10 Micron cartridge filter not picking this stuff up, and the Duda Diesel bag is doing all the heavy lifting? This is just my experience and proof that these cartridge filters aren't as effective as most think they are.
