Some guy in New Jersey was flying his drone that dropped green dye packs into pools in New Jersey. Looks like they just caught him, thankfully. Ugh.

What is wrong with people?

I bet if they had reasons to devote more manpower to this, they'd find he was upset at hotel guests using his parking lot and the residences were all previous customers who owed him money.
