Drip from Outlet Pipe

I cleaned my Pentair FNS 36 filter grids last week. I cleaned and lubed all the O rings prior to reassembling the system. This includes the O ring on the standpipe. I did not replace the O-ring on the standpipe. I've done this for the last 11 years, no problems.

I now have a very slight drip-drip-drip at the outlet bulkhead. It's a drip about every 15-30 seconds. The pressure gauge does not show an increase during the pump cycle.

I see that my Pentair system has a replaceable stand pipe, O ring, and bulkhead connector.

suggestions?

thank you

It does seem odd that after working inside on the standpipe only, all of a sudden one of the bulkhead O-rings would develop a drip. In the past 11 years, have you ever replaced those bulkhead O-rings? If not, perhaps it's just time. Or at the very least, maybe see if some pool lube will help.
