Draining Green Water

I’m draining my intex because I have to replace a beam that was damaged over the winter.

I took the cover off and water looked great, it rained 5 days in a row and I wasn’t able to drain. Today the water is gross and green. I’ve been draining for a full day and noticed that the walls are stained green. Should I just leave it or add chlorine and mix it up while draining. Not sure of that will even do any good with the green walls. I’m just worried that the sun will stain the walls and I won’t be able to scrub it out later. Any advice?

I would use spray bleach and a scrub brush from the outside and clean it as it drains.

I would refill and slam. i wouldn’t take a chance on damaging the liner by bleaching it.
