Drained & Refilled - CYA and Phosphates still high

This is CRAZY. Opened pool last weekend, took water sample to local pool store, CYA tested 158. We drained about 80-90% of the pool over this weekend. Had the water tested again this morning. How the heck can the CYA still be high? Oh we did NOT run the pump at all after we refilled the pool, was too dark to properly backwash etc before running the filter on circulation.

How can the FC and Phosphates be that high? Does our tap water contain that much chlorine & phosphates?

Man I cannot wait for my Taylor testing kit to be delivered.

The pool store is just that bad at testing.
