The liner looks like it might have shrunk some...I've attached an image. Also the bottom foot of the liner appears to have turned more a more whitish color. Is there something that I need to do while I'm filling up the pool for the best results?
How does it feel? The biggest worry is that it dried out and is brittle. If that did happen it might crack and leak Go slow and keep an eye on it as you go.

The top portion feels "normal" to me. Feels pliant and almost rubbery. The bottom portion that has turned white is still fairly pliant, although it feels "drier" to me.
Is there any procedures that I need to follow when refilling the pool or particular things to watch for (other than a big rip )?
Throw the hose in and let her rip! You can fill large garbage bags and put them along the bottom edge to help hold it close to the wall and keep it where it belongs.
