Drain Cover HELP

Anyone have any idea what type of drain cover would fit this old fiberglass in ground spa? for the record a universal drain cover the mounting screws seem to be 6" apart to mount the drain mount screws for this are about 5 1/2 - 5 3/4" apart? Spa was built in 70's and trying to find the appropriate VGB compliant cover is posing an issue.

Call up INYOpools (or email 'em that pic) and see if they have the part. They've been really good about finding the odd and assorted piece for posters here.
