Hey NLambert!
We're very sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered with your Dolphin robot.
First of all, we can suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps:
Caution - Make sure the power supply unit is unplugged from the outlet.
1. Turn the robot upside-down.
2. Try to rotate the brushes and tracks both ways, you should feel little resistance.
3. If you hear any noise ('clicking noise') or feel more than a little resistance, this indicates that probably something is stuck in the tracks or brushes.
4. You can try to reach in and release the object stuck in the system.
Caution - Make sure the power supply unit is unplugged from the outlet.
Caution - Do not use an Automated drill.
We recommend looking at the PowerStream system as well to make sure nothing is blocking it. This is the plastic cover above the impeller and the grilles on the sides of the robot.
Also, please check if the servo cover is well seated in its place, via this video:

If you notice debris trapped in the impeller, open the impeller, remove the debris, and reassemble it. (Use a Phillips screwdriver). If the debris is not reachable, follow the steps in the attached video:
