Hello,
I have a diver pool that is Pebble Tec. My robot does a fantastic job, but it gets stuck on the deep-end drain. This has caused some premature wear on the running gear. I am looking for any advice on the best robot-compatible drain cover. Which I would expect to be the lowest profile available.
Additionally, I am seeking maintenance tips to keep this running at peak efficiency.

Best Regards,
Bill

I have the Sigma and had the same problem, I contacted Maytronics and they added a third brush at no cost. Problem solved.

I have the Sigma and it has problems with my drains, gets stuck on the bottom step on the pool (gunite pool with built in steps) as well as every drain including the ones on the wall where this robot will not go past then or the pool lights on the wall. How is the third brush helping? And what does it mean to add a third brush to the Sigma?
My Sigma is in for repair because it loses communications whenever it’s actually running (happened about a month or two after I got it, but finally sent it in for warranty repair). When I spoke with the support person about this robot getting stuck she said only thing I could do is replace all of my drain covers (which is rather not so since my previous Pentair robot worked fine).

I’m actually looking to try going with a Poolmate so may have a fairly new Sigma to sell at some point.
