Apologies if my question has been asked but I did my best to search before asking.
So I have a Dolphin s300. It's probably 4 years old or so.
Current problem:
I start a cleaning cycle either on the control unit or on the app on my phone and it runs for about 10 seconds and stops, then the blue light on the controller turns into a red ring. I can press the button again and it will go blue again and run 10 seconds again and back to red.
The unit itself has all new wheels, gears, brushes, bushings and even a new big blue swivel cable.
The only things that I haven't replaced are the two big ticket items. The drive motor and power supply. The drive motor I actually replaced a year ago. Water leaked into the unit and ruined it. The power supply was replaced under warranty a couple of years ago by Maytronics.
So it's either the motor or the power supply right? Everything else is pretty much new right now. Even the tracks. My question is, how do I figure out which it is?
I've run the Dolphin with nothing hooked up to the tracks and it still behaves exactly the same so I know it has nothing to do with the drive train besides the fact that I've replaced all the parts with new.
Hoping someone has experience with this issue.
Thank you in advance.
