Dolphin quantum questions

Have a dolphin quantum and to me it just has been an underwhelming experience thus far with this cleaner. It just doesn’t seem like it does the whole pool and does the same area several times. Could something be wrong with it ?

Did you recently purchase it? Maytronics has had an issue with a batch of very recent units. Typically they've not been running a full cycle, some as short as 15-20 mins.
