Mine has a 12 month full warranty from Maytronics. The actual receipt is on Maytronics letterhead. Officially it was shipped to me, but billed to Poolpartz, LLC. I was able to successfully register my unit with Maytronics for the warranty and received a letter from them with a number to call if there are any problems. 1-888-DOLPHIN. The fact that it was a factory refurbished unit might have something to do with it. I’m not sure, but I was able to get the caddy elsewhere for $105 with free shipping. I’m all in for $805 for a unit that sells new for $1499. I’m pretty happy so far with my purchase, hopefully the unit will continue to perform well. If not at least I have a 12 month warranty.
