I have to put in a recommendation in for the dolphin e10 and maytronics in general for above ground pools. I purchased a refurb from Dohenys back in March and finally went to use it after opening the pool. The power unit didnt work. I called in for a warranty claim and they sent a new one in 2 days no questions asked. I plugged the power unit in and power right up until I connected the robot to it then nothing. I called them again and they had me send it to an authorized service center free of charge. A week later I finally got everything back and the receipt shows they had to put a new motor in it. I put it to clean and it started right up. At the end of the cycle the bottom was crystal clear. There was quite a bit there as I manually vacuumed to get the big stuff but some of the dirt and bugs got past me I did spring for the ultrafine basket which seems to work great. So while its disappointing that a "thoroughly tested" robot from dohenys didnt work at all it is good to know that maytronics will make it right.
