Dolphin E10 new, suddenly won't start

As the title says...

It's been running fine the 3 weeks I've had it, went to start it up yesterday morning and it just sat still.

The light on the power supply comes on as normal.

Tried unplugging, waiting several minutes and then reconnecting everything.

Tried multiple outlets that run the pump fine with same result.

Checked the impeller for blockages and there were none, it turned freely. I'm also able to manually turn the wheels and everything else seems to move with it normally.

I've only had it a few weeks so its covered, just seems odd so curious if anyone has thoughts or if I just return it, shrug and take my new one.

I am going to put in a call to someone who may know. Hold on a bit while he gets back to us.

Sounds electrical. Either the power supply isn't putting out or the cable isn't transferring power. Wouldn't know unless it were at my bench though.

Have you cleaned him out? Mine was very sluggish after about a week or so of not being cleaned. Cleaned out the debris bag and he’s all over the place again.
