thanks. to think a 5 dollar part caused so much frustration for me. i do have myself to blame for not addressing it sooner.

going on 3 days and at least 10 full cycles and no issues. only thing is the screen i put in catches some of the acorns on the outside then drops them back in once cycle ends. i suspect the part will fix all that when it arrives

question - got the part and i need to take the back roller wheel off. not quite clear how to get it off. obviously need to get the track off but i don't see if the panel covering the wheels for the tracks just pop off or not. any idea of a good site showing maytronics breakout diagrams to look at?
