Yes and no. pH is very easy and there are many solutions out there. Chlorine is not so easy. If you keep CYA below 30 ppm, you can use ORP. Otherwise true free chlorine probes are rare and expensive.
There are wifi solutions popping up every now and then, like Phin and Sutro, but reviews are not especially good. The Phin, for example, was announced and then went through two years of delays in release and the reviews still aren't that great. I don't doubt that someone will make it work, but for now....
I had the Hayward Sense and Dispense installed when I bought my pool and it worked fine for PH monitoring for about 2 months (didn’t bother with ORP due my SWG). The probe went bad and kept dispensing acid as it thought my PH was high when it actually was fine but now went under 7 due to the all the acid that got dispensed. Got a replacement probe under warranty but haven’t bothered to activate the system and likely never will as my PH doesn’t really move much as I’ve found out through my testing. If I would’ve found this site prior to my build I would definitely have passed on the monitoring system.
