Do phosphate removers (such as Proteam Phosaway) interfere with HEDP sequestrants (Metal Magic). i.e. After Vit C followed by Metal Magic, will Phosaway break ongoing sequestration?

No but your sequestrant might might bind up the lanthanum metal ion in the phosphate remover which is what actually removes the phosphate. So I would do the phosphate treatment FIRST and then the stain removal.
